Electronic Devices and Circuits
Summary:A study of the characteristics and qualitative internal action of commonly used micro-electronic devices for discrete and integrated circuits, such as diodes, junction field-effects transistors (JFETs), metal-oxide semiconductors FETs (MOSFETs), and bipolar junction transistors (BJTs). Application of these devices in basic amplifier circuits is explored. Laboratory exercises are used to illustrate concepts.
